Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using LivaFast(the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is published by LivaFast.com(“we,” “us,” “our”).

Description of service

LivaFastis an iOS application designed to help individuals track fasting windows, log liver-related biomarkers (such as ALT, AST, GGT, and platelet count), record fasting compliance and HealthKit signals, and assemble a structured prompt containing that context for use with a large language model (“LLM”) of the user’s choice. The App does not itself compute clinical scores, render diagnoses, or transmit user data to any AI service. The App is available for iOS 26+ and watchOS 11+.

Not medical advice

LivaFast is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, fasting routine, or medication.

Fasting insights, lab tracking, trend displays, and any prompt the App assembles for use with a third-party LLM are informational tools. They are not clinical assessments, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Any output produced by an LLM after you paste the prompt is generated by that third party, not by LivaFast, and is similarly not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider — particularly a hepatologist or gastroenterologist — before making decisions about your liver health.

Use of third-party AI models (LLMs)

LivaFastcan assemble a structured prompt containing your full health context — lab values, fasting history, HealthKit metrics, body composition, challenges, and trends — and copy it to your device clipboard with a single tap. The App never transmits this prompt anywhere itself. Once it is on your clipboard, what happens next is entirely under your control.

If you choose to paste the prompt into a third-party LLM — including but not limited to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity, or any locally hosted model — you are voluntarily disclosing your personal health information to that third party. That disclosure is governed solely by your relationship with the LLM provider and that provider’s terms and privacy policy. LivaFast.com has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for:

  • How the third party stores, processes, retains, logs, or trains models on your prompt
  • The accuracy, safety, completeness, or appropriateness of any response the LLM returns
  • The third party’s security practices, privacy posture, or jurisdiction
  • Any subsequent use, sharing, leak, or breach of the data after it leaves your device

It is your sole responsibility to choose an LLM you trust and believe to be secure, to read its terms and privacy policy before pasting, and to understand that the prompt contains sensitive personal health information. If you are not comfortable disclosing this information to a particular provider, do not paste the prompt into that provider’s service.

Purchase and pricing

The App is a one-time purchase of $39.99 (USD) through the Apple App Store. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or recurring charges. Apple Family Sharing is supported for up to 6 family members.

All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple’s App Store terms, including their refund policy. We do not process payments directly.

User responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only
  • Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Not use the App as a substitute for professional medical care
  • Maintain accurate information in any health data you enter
  • Consult your healthcare provider before acting on any information presented by the App

Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and trademarks in the App are the property of LivaFast.com or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App or its content without prior written permission.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle (or rather, don’t handle) your data. In short: your health data never leaves your device and iCloud Private Database. We cannot access it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LivaFast.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the App
  • Any health decisions made based on information provided by the App
  • Unauthorised access to your device or iCloud account
  • Any interruption or cessation of the App’s functionality

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Modifications to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notice. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

LivaFast is offered worldwide through the Apple App Store. To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, and any disputes arising from your use of the App will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your country of residence.
