Privacy Policy

Summary
LivaFast is designed so that we never receive your health data. There is no account creation, no server-side database, and no analytics SDK. Your information stays on your device and in your iCloud Private Database.
Data we collect
Health data (labs, fasting, activity)
All health-related data — including lab values (ALT, AST, GGT, platelet count, lipids, glucose, and any other values you enter), fasting windows and compliance, challenges, body composition, and HealthKit signals (Apple Watch activity, exercise, sleep) — is stored exclusively on your device and in Apple CloudKit Private Database. CloudKit Private Database is end-to-end encrypted with your Apple ID. LivaFast.com has no ability to read, access, or decrypt this data.
Device information
We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, or usage analytics. The app contains no third-party analytics SDKs, no crash reporters that transmit health data, and no advertising frameworks.
App Store data
Apple collects standard App Store analytics (download counts, crash logs without health data, subscription status) as part of the iOS ecosystem. This is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy and is separate from LivaFast.
Data storage and sync
LivaFast uses Apple CloudKit Private Database for cross-device sync. This means:
- Data syncs between your iPhone and Apple Watch automatically
- Sync is encrypted end-to-end with your Apple ID credentials
- LivaFast.com cannot access CloudKit Private Database contents
- Deleting the app removes local data; iCloud data persists until you delete it from iCloud settings
Personalised review prompts and third-party LLMs
LivaFastcan assemble a structured prompt containing your full health context — lab values, fasting history, HealthKit data, body metrics, challenges, and trends — and copy it to your device clipboard. The prompt is built locally on your device. LivaFast never transmits it, and LivaFast.com never sees it.
Once the prompt is on your clipboard, pasting it into a third-party large language model (“LLM”) — such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity, or any other service — is an action you take outside the App. At that point your data is no longer protected by LivaFast’s privacy model. It is being sent to a third party, and that third party’s privacy policy, retention practices, training policies, and security posture apply.
It is your responsibility to choose an LLM you trust and believe to be secure before pasting your prompt. Different providers have very different policies on data retention, training on user input, logging, and jurisdiction. Review the terms and privacy policy of any model you intend to use. Do not paste the prompt into a service whose data handling you are not comfortable with.
Third-party services
LivaFast does not integrate with any third-party services that receive your health data. There are no:
- Analytics SDKs (no Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
- Crash reporters that transmit health data
- Advertising frameworks
- Social media integrations
- Server-side APIs that process health information
Data export
You can export a summary PDF of your health data at any time from within the app. This PDF is generated locally on your device and can be shared with your healthcare provider at your discretion.
Data deletion
To delete all LivaFast data:
- Local data: Delete the app from your device
- iCloud data: Go to Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage → LivaFast → Delete Data
Children’s privacy
LivaFast is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify users through an in-app notice before the changes take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
